Our Founder
Jon Mervis
Jon likes to say that he’s been on “the other side of the table” as a small business owner, having hired CRM consultants. He successfully led his previous business through a digital transformation. He knows what it’s like in your shoes.
With an MBA education, Jon approaches questions of CRM architecture and build-out from a holistic perspective. He is focused on the big picture business goals — not just coding new functionality for its own sake. He most naturally “thinks out of the box” to build solutions far quicker and easier than often the client thought possible.
