Is the intro call actually free?
Yes, completely. No hidden fees, no invoice at the end, no pressure to buy anything. We offer it because it's a great way to meet potential clients and show them how we think. You'll leave with real, useful information either way.
We're a small nonprofit. Are we too small for Blue Engine?
Absolutely not. About half our clients are nonprofits, and many have small teams and tight budgets. We love working with mission-driven organizations and we'll always be honest about what makes sense financially.
How quickly can you get started?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of our initial call, depending on scope. For urgent issues we can often prioritize faster. We'll give you a clear timeline before you commit to anything.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Many clients start with a block of hours, then decide whether to move to a retainer or call us as needed. We don't lock you in — we earn your continued trust the old-fashioned way, by doing great work.
