We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team. You will be client-facing, gathering requirements and building out solutions to solve client needs.

- Our clients range across industries and nonprofits. This means our projects are interesting because we’re always learning about new industries.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can be in the Bethesda, MD office 1-2 days a week.
- We are open to fully remote work too and will be flexible to your needs.
- We value work/life balance and you will not be expected to bill above 32 hours per week.
- We offer 4 weeks PTO because it’s a big world and you should go out and see it!

Responsibilities:
- For most projects, you will be the main point of contact for the client and will be responsible to gather requirements and build out solutions. You’re encouraged to lean on your teammates with questions but ultimately you are the project owner.
- On larger projects, you will work together with a small team of 1-2 others.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet client needs
- Provide training and support to end-users
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and customization
- Excellent communication skills!
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with other systems
